Restrictions
Park tickets must be purchased online in advance. Tickets are not sold at the park on the day of your visit.
Entry dates and park selections cannot be changed. If you wish to modify the date or park, please cancel your reservation and book again.
Tickets use variable pricing. Please check the ticket price for your preferred date before purchasing a dated ticket.
Children aged 3 and under may enter free of charge.
Requirements
A smartphone is required to present this ticket. Printed tickets are not accepted.
Each guest must have one ticket per person. Please display your ticket’s QR code on your smartphone and scan it at the entrance gate.
This ticket cannot be canceled or refunded at the Park Ticket Booths even if it is before the expiration date indicated on the ticket. Please contact the travel agency that issued the ticket.

FAQ
Can I change my reservation details or participation date?
If you wish to change the designated park or entry date, please cancel your existing reservation and make a new one. Please note that cancellations made from 14 days before the selected entry date until the ticket validity period (within 1 month after the participation date) will incur a 200 JPY fee per ticket.
How do I redeem my ticket?
Simply scan the QR code at the entrance to enter the park.
